Discrimination at the Courtrooms
There are many laws that fight against discrimination and while some have worked a lot, there are still many people being discriminated daily. There are many white people who discriminate black people and Muslims or other races and this problem has been going on and on ever since this world began. There are many people in court who discriminate their peers and also those people who stand before the court pleading their case. If you are a certain race and you get into a court where there are many racist people there, it will be really hard for you to win your case because they will all be against you. You may be a bit racist as well but not really because you are afraid that people will call you racist.
The thought that you are better than others always leads to you discriminating other people because no one is really better than anyone when it comes to human beings because we are all created equal. There are so many people who discriminate other on a really low key but to the one they are discriminating, this can be really sad for them because they can not really do anything much. Yes, it is true that there are people who are smarter than others and there are people who are more skilled than others but this does not mean that you can go around and boast that you are a better person than others just because you have these skills. You can also detect discrimination when you think that you are a higher class than others. Any kind of discrimination is bad and if you detect it anywhere, you should really approach that person and talk to them about it and see if they will change their way.
When it comes to discrimination in the courtroom, this can be really bad as well because of a lot of reasons. One reason is that the person in court will not get a right and clean judging because the judge is against you. If you think that judges and the people at court are free from bias and discrimination or anything like racism, you are mistaken because these people can be racist to these people who go to trial and who try to win their cases. Discrimination and racism is everywhere even in places where you least think they will be such as in the courtroom. It will be very hard indeed and this is not fair as well because everyone deserves a fair trial.
